Over the years, my varied work experience and personal path have given me a unique perspective, and I’m deeply committed to helping clients achieve their home ownership dreams. Thirteen years ago, I first considered a career in real estate, but with a young family the timing wasn’t quite right. Now, I’m thrilled to finally follow that dream.
Entrepreneurial Foundations
My entrepreneurial spirit led me to own and operate a hair and beauty business in Eastbourne for eight wonderful years. That experience taught me the value of strong client relationships, attention to detail, and the rewards of hard work—qualities that translate naturally into real estate.
A Passion for Interiors and Design
I have a keen interest in interiors and can always be found restyling my home, inside and out. Growing up in a family of DIY experts gave me the confidence to take on renovations from inception to completion. The design phase—bringing a look together and elevating a space—is always my favourite part.
Hands On Renovation Experience
Having personally project managed multiple renovations, I’ve built a trusted network of highly skilled and reliable tradespeople whom I continue to collaborate with. This practical experience gives me valuable insight into what makes a home truly shine, and allows me to offer clients informed advice, styling ideas, and an eye for potential.

At heart, I’ve always been an entrepreneur: driven, people focused, and motivated to create meaningful experiences. I’m excited to bring that same energy, creativity, and commitment to every client I work with at Just Paterson.
