Meet Mike Lovell

Mike Lovell is well respected in the Business community and has been self-employed since the age of 19. Owning several start-up companies which have since been acquired by larger organisations such as Vidcom, Vision Media Systems & Streamliner to name a few. These strategic acquisitions have given Mike the opportunity to really chase his passion for property and that become his main focus.

Mikes renovated and traded residential & commercial property for almost 32 years to then become a licensed Sales Specialist for Just Paterson Real Estate. Just Paterson is well known and respected in Real Estate circles and Is almost 30 years old in the Wellington market.

The real estate market is crowded with agents and collateral, a lot of which doesn’t hit the mark! Mikes innate ability to connect with buyers & sellers and gain trust quickly whilst having a very in depth grasp on property and the market is a huge advantage for his customers.

On a personal note Mike is Wellington born & bred. Mike has a team behind him who support him and his endeavours being his lovely wife Felicity and his beautiful six daughters.

Mike strives to always exceed his customers’ expectations on price and service. Mike is very driven and has a work ethic second to none.
