Nick Mahan is an experienced agent who has recently joined the team at Just Paterson, after a highly successful few years at a big national real estate franchise. He loves the more tailored approach of the Just Paterson team and being part of a locally owned company that has been at the forefront of Wellington real estate for over 30 years. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Otago University, Nick has always had an innate understanding of how people think and how they make decisions. This has been an incredibly valuable asset for him and has made him both empathetic towards his client’s needs, but also a very strong negotiator. With youth on his side, he is incredibly energetic and technologically savvy with a great understanding of digital and all social media.
